How We Do It
At the Chocolate Chip Bakery, we make our own bread and baked goods daily. We use a gluten-free flour blend by Bob's Red Mill Brand, coconut oil, and dairy-free and vegan ingredients free of preservatives and harmful artificial components.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, our bakers prepare and shape our breads by hand, each bread bun and loaf is the product of love and hard work. We are proud of our products and strive to make a difference.
Our Multigrain Sandwich Bread is packed with flaxseeds and chia and is sweetened with agave nectar. Our sandwiches are made using this bread which is also available to purchase and take home.
Handcrafted Bread Buns
Our Sweet Potato Buns are delicious and one of our most popular items. They can be enjoyed in sandwiches, stuffed, and toasted with some vegan butter. At our bakery, we use them to serve our House Cheeseburger and Power Sandwich, and they are also available to purchase and enjoy at home.
We proudly serve coffee by Counter Culture and have vegan, dairy-free milk options like Oat, Almond, and Macadamia. Our selection of Latte Drinks uses syrups and infusions made in-house in addition to coffee.
