Our Story

Passionate about good food and conscientious of healthy ingredients, The Chocolate Chip Bakery is a concept created by husband and wife, David and Alejandra. Both trained in the culinary field and the arts, respectively, the bakery offers artisanal bread and baked goods made from scratch and free of gluten, eggs, and dairy, using only the finest ingredients.

What began as a dreamy idea of a menu free of harmful components that brought joy and fun characters to the experience has now expanded into a fully operating gluten-free vegan restaurant and cafe that serves burgers, sandwiches, specialty coffee, and milkshakes. Whether it is cakes, cookies, or savory foods, we do what we do because good food makes people happy. It certainly makes us happy as well, especially when it also means we get to be a part of something greater than ourselves: caring for our planet.

The chocolate chip characters, drawn by Alejandra, are inspired by actual people in her life and are the brand's heart and soul.
