Our menu reflects what we love and crave from our childhood: Cakes, Cookies, brownies, banana bread, muffins, Burgers, and sandwiches. We love the classics and we want to indulge freely. We care about what we eat and what we feed our family members. Our bakery is here to serve the community of Miami, especially those who find it difficult to enjoy tasty food due to strict dietary restrictions and sensitivities.
We believe great baked goods start with using only the best ingredients we can find. We also believe baking daily in small batches is the way we can achieve our main goal. We focus on the details. Everything you will taste in our bakery is carefully planned and consciously made.
By the way, we selected the best coffee roast to enhance your experience. Our coffee is roasted weekly and sent to us from North Carolina by Counter Culture Coffee, and all of our house drinks and flavors are handcrafted by our Baristas.

All of our gluten free flours are processed on facilities that also process nuts like hazelnut, almond flours, cashews, macadamia nuts, and soy. Bob’s Red Mill (the brand we use) power washes the machinery between runs and discards the initial 30 pounds of flour to prevent cross-contamination.
Among the flours we regularly use, there's garbanzo and fava bean flour, brown rice flour, and starches like tapioca and arrowroot.
the nut situation
Although we have many products that don't contain any nuts in them, we are not a nut-free facility.
We will always let you know which product has nuts and which doesn't, but we want you to be safe in case you have severe allergies.
Ultimately, it is the consumer’s responsibility to check all ingredients to ensure safe indulgence.
One more thing. We use organic coconut in many of our products, which the FDA considers a tree nut. Please consider that too in case you have any sensitivities to it.

We sweeten our gluten free, vegan baked goods with agave nectar and evaporated cane juice (also known as vegan sugar).
Each sugar-conscious customer should consult her physician to safely consume our baked goods.
We stay clear of artificial coloring too! Oh, and we're a non-GMO facility as well. Whew, right?
