Refund Policy

Given the perishable nature of our offerings, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by The Chocolate Chip Bakery (e.g., missing or damaged treat). Any modifications require a 2-day notice. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
